  1. Public Hearing – Fiscal Year 2026-27 Annual Appropriation to Defray the Expense and Liabilities of the City of Minidoka for the Fiscal Year, Authorizing a Levy of Sufficient Tax Upon Taxable Property and Specifying the Objects and Purposes for which said Appropriation is made.
  1. Discuss / Consider – Ordinance No. 2026-10 Ordinance for Annual Appropriation of the City of Minidoka for the Fiscal Year Beginning 1 October 2026, Appropriating the Sum of $485,117.00 to Defray the Expense and Liabilities of the City of Minidoka for the Fiscal Year, authorizing a Levy of Sufficient Tax upon Taxable Property, and Specifying the Objects and Purposes for which said Appropriation is made. – ACTION ITEM

  1. Discuss / Consider Ordinance 2026-11 Ordinance of the City of Minidoka, enacting code for the City of Minidoka relating to animals, including dogs, animals and fowl, providing effective date, providing for publication by summary – ACTION ITEM
