Discuss / Consider Ordinance 2026-5 Ordinance of the City of Minidoka, amending code relating to building regulations, correcting when codes update, correcting typos and references to outdated Idaho agencies, limiting conflict, removing elector restrictions in council and mayor elections, amending code relating to mayor and council oath of office, council at-large seats, adding definitions to water and sanitation codes, clarifying when must connect to water system, reference to plumbing code, user service charge update, adding responsibility for electrical and sanitation services, updating electrical refunds, adding electrical billing reference, correcting scrivener error, added deposit language to funds, updating other miscellaneous language, providing by publication by summary, providing effective date – ACTION ITEM

Discuss / Consider Ordinance 2026-6 Ordinance of the City of Minidoka, enacting code for the City of Minidoka relating to business regulations, including alcoholic beverages, junkyards, auctions and auctioneers, animal auction or sale yards, and pawnbrokers and secondhand dealers, providing effective date, providing for publication by summary – ACTION ITEM
